Hello from downunder...

I have two questions my drivers side window has stopped working it seems the connector between the winder handle and the window mech are no longer connected. Both work on there own just not together? Do you know what this could be and if so how do I fix it there doesn't seem to be alot of room to move I there. Also there is strange bolts within the door what are these and where do I get the to for them?
