Where are Your Courtesy Lights

I'm looking at installing the courtesy lights that came with my AAW classic update wiring kit on my '62, but the shape of them has me perplexed on how to install them. They seem somewhat oddly shaped for simply mounting on a flat surface, either vertical or horizontal.

I'm sure other people have installed them, so I am curious how and where you installed them.

Mine fit really well under both corners of the dash. You mount them so the bulbs point towards the toe boards. Screw them into the inside of the dash lip. Concealed and clean.
