The first shall be last and the last shall be first. Look at the order you listed the things you want your child around. Pretty neat when you think about it. Congrats.

Congrats Brother, hope it all works for you and your wife...... There is nothing like being a parent, just hope he/she likes cars/trucks as much as all of us do.

Re: Children and Trucks
I have a six month old son and I have to tell you, it is a very rewarding experience. He has his ups and down, and finding time for any of my old hobbies is nearly impossible, but raising him is 10x more rewarding anyway. Good luck man.

Re: Children and Trucks
Congrats!! That is great news!
We have two, and are trying for 3 right now. It is challenging at times, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. It really is the most rewarding thing I've ever done. Plus it helps everyone loves riding around in "Daddy's Green Truck" haha.

Re: Children and Trucks
My older son.
My younger son. They were both the same age in these pics, just 3 years apart. The photo-op with the older son just happened. The pic was pretty much staged with the younger one, though. They have both been involved with my trucks, as well as the cars my dad has. Congrats on your soon-to-be addition.

Re: Children and Trucks
Has he posted back to confirm the "blessing"??
my Lil 4 year old is my shadow at times. especially when I'm working on something. He loves to help. Now I also have 2 14 month old twin boys, that are so far following my 4 y.o. foot steps. time will tell on them. but they are lots of fun.

Re: Children and Trucks
Congrats on the Great news!!! I've worked on cars all my life but let me tell you there is nothing like having a little helper in the shop. Especially when you see them doing things that you do, like trying to jack up their battery opperated gator so they can "work on it". Funny no matter how tight the deadline is I can always be pulled off to help my boys (now 6 and 4) to "work" on something.
