250 I6 what is this threaded hole for?
I was checking my fluids on my truck today and noticed this threaded hole next to the valve cover and i was wondering, what is supposed to be there?
And nevermind that oil leak... its slowing down the rust lol Posted via Mobile Device

Is that on the front of rear of the block? I would think its a bolt hole for a bracket.

Could be for a power steering pump bracket.
