hey guys
i just wanted to say hey to everyone. i just bought my first truck thursday. i went with an 85 c10 silverado. im hoping to restore it. all though it may take me a long time i think it will be a good project. im hoping to meet some people on here that can help me through problems i may run into through out the project.

ill get some good pictures tomorrow. i havent really had time to take any because ive been dealing with getting tags for it. it doesnt look too good but it runs and drives great.

Congratulations. I just made a deal for a 84 C10 with about 70k original miles. The owner is going to be getting it road ready while I make payments to him over the next months. Needs new tires. He has been starting it up regularly but not driven it. It has been sitting in his front yard and he has not wanted to part with it. Existing tires are 20 years old. It has flowmasters but I have not heard it run nor driven it so I have much to look forward to. Very interested in your project as well.
