Clunk after lowering...pinion angle shims?

Well I finally got the stance where I want it...ended up with 4.5 in the front & 6 or so in the rear...im not positive on the rear cause a leaf was already taken out before i got the truck & im not sure how much losing a leaf alone drops it...1-2 inches? Flip kit alone was 5 inches & stock shakles. Front was 2.5 spindles & close to a full coil cut off each spring.

So now when driving sometimes on the 1-2 shift only I get a clunk...also occasionally on take off with med acceleration. All clearances are good & absolutely nothing is making contact with anything...I did notice at ride height after lowering that 2 inches of the driveline yoke is showing now so obviously it pulled out some.

Any ideas?
