Steering column gasket
My truck came with a manual on the floor when I began ripping it apart. Went to order a new steering column gasket which was round. When I put it in though, I noticed the hole is more oblonged than anything. It didn't have a 3 speed in it, which is the only reason I thought the hole would be like that.

Re: Steering column gasket
steering column gasket? why is it leaking
they probably only had one cab with one hole, i know thats the case with tf trucks. same reason that non-heater trucks come with heater mounts or radio delete plate for non radio trucks

Anyone else have an idea? I was told the 216 4 speed was the original motor/trans setup, however I was maybe thinking this isn't true and could be a 3 speed cab at least.
