Dual quad on my 355????

So I have a chance to buy a offenhauser dual quad intake with two edelbrock carbs on it. I have a 355 making 10.2 to 1 compression. I am currently running a single edlebrock 600. It runs very well as it sits but that dual quad sure looks sweet and I have driven the car it is in (67 camaro 327) and it is FREAKIN FAST . So I just wondered what you think of going from my stock set up to the dual quad. Keep in mind gas mileage is of no concern to me.
