Contoured Bench for 55-59

All, I was at a show yesterday and saw this contoured bench. Would this type of upholstery work on a factory 55-59 seat frame?

A good shop could do it.

Like G&R said a good shop could do it. Basically there isn't much difference between the seats in that car and your truck. The contour is built up on top of the springs using cotton or felt jute.

I am planning on doing my AD seat like that only with slightly higher bolsters. Guess I better start practicing my upholstery!

Yep to what they said, a good trimmer wouldn't have a problem doing something with similar padding. That does look comfortable. I'd print the photo and ask my upholstery guy/gal.
