High beam indicator and wiper stay on?

I am finishing up a LS swap on my truck. It had been sitting for several years before I decided to do this swap. Now that I have it going again, when we hooked everything back up the windshield wipers stay going wide open and the high beam indicator lights in the gauge bezel stays on. When I click the lever on the left side of the column, it still cycles between high and low but the two blue indicator lights stay on either way. Should I just replace the whole lever (cruise/wipers/washer) on the column or is it something else?
