Re: k10 tire ideas
I've been researching just the same thing. some people say they rub and some say they don't.
I think it depends on the wheel width and size. more people that are running them have them on a 8" wide wheel and say no rubbing. I've been searching craiglist for something cheap to tryout and see if they rub.

Re: k10 tire ideas
I had 33" TSL swampers on 8" rims on my old 72 K5 with no lift.
Front tires cleared fine. The front leading edge of the rear fenders would kiss/hit the tire going over normal bumps on the freeway. I stuck a 1" zero-rate in and it leveled it out and made the impact less frequent. 10" rims will have a more negative offset and may cause some rubbing issues up front especially when turning and cycling the suspension. NM, i just saw yours is an 80. Bigger wheel well openings. You're probably fine.
