Noob from Southeast Texas

Hello everyone. New guy here and thought I'd introduce myself. This will be my first c10 so i figured I'd get on here and start gaining some knowlege and get a idea of where I wanna go with this truck. The name is Tim and from the title you can probably figure out where I'm from

Anyway I'm not the official owner of the truck yet but hopefully I will be by the middle of next week. I work out of town so it's hard to get things done fast sometimes lol. That's enough of boring you guys about me so here's some pics of the truck when I went and looked at it the other day

Here's my previous ride. 2011 silverado with the 6.2 and a few bolt ons

The ride before that was a 09 TBSS with a small blower and supporting mods

A little more how it looked before I got rid of it

You have yourself a sweet 67. Oh, and the other Chevys were just as sweet. Welcome. I know you have already PM'd me, but if you need any help you are on the right board. Welcome and enjoy that truck. I know I have enjoyed mine for a long time. Going on 20 years for me with the same truck. My first and it didn't start anywhere near what you picked up. Mine had farm use on it.

Re: Noob from Southeast Texas

Thanks. Thanks but I think the 67 is a better dust collector than the other two. Those were daily drivers that didn't see 5k a year. So far I think I've tried to read too much info lol. My brain needs a cool down period with looking at pics and drooling over other trucks. Seems like a cool place so far and I'm happy to be here. I needed something that was mostly finished since I have twin 4 month olds so most my time off work is dedicated to the family. I'll still get to do the interior (which needs a lot) and some of the frame. Gives me just enough to do to make it mine
