Rear drums minus ebrake hardware pic needed
The PO removed all the ebrake stuff from my 63.
And I'm looking for pics from anyone who's done it so I can verify what he did. It seems right but I have the adjuster way out to even begin to get slight drag while adjusting brakes. Thanks Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Rear drums minus ebrake hardware pic needed
Looks like he's got upper 2 springs reversed PLUS silver one is in wrong hole of shoe. BUT: Why not install the FEW, correct, missing parts and do it correctly? O'Reilly's should have all you need in one, neat, complete kit for each wheel--for approx. $20 per wheel.
I think most of the forum members will agree that good brakes are the cheapest insurance one can buy.........Here's hoping you find (and use) just what you need. Sam |
