17's at stock height?
Any body run and or have pics of of 17's at stock height? Thinking about putting 17x9 on the ride. Don't wanna drop if I don't have too.

Re: 17's at stock height?
Not necessarily stock height, but these pics are from when I only had 1" front and 2" rear drop springs. If you take into consideration that "stock" springs have sagged over the past 40 years, the drop combo I had probably sat a little higher then the original springs.

Re: 17's at stock height?
Like I was thinking if running 275/60/15 all way round. The wheels have -12 offset. Tell me what you got.

Re: 17's at stock height?
Here is mine with 17" TTII and 255/55/17 tires all around, "NOT STOCK HEIGHT" though. Mine has a 2in drop spring on the front and 4in drop spring in the rear.

Re: 17's at stock height?
I had 17x7 with 255/60/17 front and 17x9.5 with 275/60/17 tires rear. They never stuck out past the fender. You need a 5" backspace with a 9.5" wheel.
On a 9" wide wheel, -12 offset is about 4.5" backspace. That will be ok on the rear, but may make the front look like the wheel is pushed out. Are the wheels available in any different offsets? Also, the 275/60 on the front is pushing it. It will fit, but may look like you tried to stuff too much tire in it. 255/60/17's will look better all around if you want to keep the same size on all corners.

Re: 17's at stock height?
You could run a 275/50/17 on all four corners, and still look proportioned in the fenders. I'm running a 275/55/17 rear, but Hankook no longer makes them in that size.

Re: 17's at stock height?
According to this tire height chart I use, 275/50/17 is 27.83 tall. Here's a link
