Gas in Fuel Tank Wiring

I noticed fuel was leaking from the wiring for the dual fuel tanks. After closer inspection I noticed the fuel is running inside the insulation of the wiring and leaking out anywhere there is a break in the wiring for connections. I searched for where the fuel was getting on the wiring with no luck. I pulled the plug on the fuel tank selector and fuel poured out. I assume this means I need a new selector switch and mine has an internal leak. Anyone had this happen to them? Fuel and electrical positioned over the dual exhaust is a recipe for disaster.
