whats it worth

I will be looking at a 71 4X4 burb 1/2 ton that's is rust free and runs and the body is in gret shape (few small dings). it has air and also the air in the back. its loaded with everything. know a lot about the pickups but not much about burbs. not sure what to offer the lady for it?
thanks Rick

Re: whats it worth

sounds like a find, offer her 5000 bucks. If you get it thats a bargain, in my opinion....rust free being the key word!

Re: whats it worth

$3500 for one with lots if needs, $5000 for a good one would be a good deal. Most sellers have no idea what they're worth - start out low. $3500?

Re: whats it worth

looked at the burb but the lady was not home. Its a 72 not a 71 and its a 3/4 ton not a half ton. its white with a few dents nothing major though. Also has ambulance rear doors and a factory tilt. looks to be rust free.

Re: whats it worth

Unlike everything else, 4x4 67-72 Suburbans are not on every street corner.
Especially ones that aren't rotted away, or have been trashed by abuse.

If you can get it at what ever you can comfortably afford, with out ripping off the seller then get it.
