K5 4x4 converted to 2wd

Anyone else have any experience with lowering leaf springs for a K5 blazer ??
I am having a hard time locating anything ...

Remove several leafs from the factory springs.
Now you have lowering springs..
But no, I don't have any espearense with K5 springs

You can flip the axle on top of the springs for 5-7" of drop. How low are you wanting to go?

I tried the flip, it was too low! just looking to get 3 or 4 inches on the rear I dont want to notch the frame

Flip the rear hanger along with the flip. It'll end up about 4-4.5". You have to switch to 56" springs though. Mine has plenty of travel without a notch. I made a template for redrilling the hanger farther back with the 56's. Pretty simple swap...

I have already removed some of the leaves on the rear ....just need a couple more inches to make it right. Im hoping I can find a shackle to fit to give me 2 more inches of drop.

where the rear leafs originally 50" or 52" ?

52" in the rear. I think the front 4x4 leaves are 50", maybe?
