any one in to 49 to 51 jeepsters?
i'm looking at buy a 49 jeepster.
it's a basket case, no motor, trans or top. anyone into jeepsters? i know nothing about them. it doesn't look too rusty i'll need an automatic for it and maybe a v6 or any motor i can find cheap not interested in fixing the body

Cool rides. Ive looked at a couple over the years, but I thought they were pretty overpriced. No idea on the value of that one. Too bad you dont want to bring it back to its original glory, it would look really sweet.

Agreed...that one needs to be brought back and made to shine. There might be some hidden issues with rust etc, but from the pictures you show, it appears to be in fairly good condition.

Do it ogre. You definately have the skill to make a nice ride. Ive always liked these things. Looks 2wd. Must be torsion bar front?

It was modded by my old man in the late fifties. His father owned a Jeep dealership and they put a Willys f-head 6 in it, as opposed to the old flathead. It's got the factory electric overdrive, and it cruises nice down the highway.
