Engine noise through speakers?

I have a '84 GMC 3/4 ton 2wd. It has some sort of aftermarket tape player and I think the stock speakers on either side of the dash. The speakers make this terrible whinning noise that goes right along with when the engine rev's or slows down. Any idea's how this could be solved?

Also, yesterday the driver window was down in the truck, I got in the truck, closed the door and then the window broke, I think I will roll the window up before I close the door next time.
