WTB chevy 400 small block
Looking for a 400 that I can start rebuilding while still driving my truck around. Would have to be in the Oregon or southern Washinghton area. I can find them on craigslist but would rather buy one off here so I at least have a chance off knowing something about it rather than the famous craigslist " ran when pulled". Also any rotating assembly stuff that would go into the build. Looking at building a 406 or 421.
