centerlink direction

I just mounted my manual steering box in and couldnt get the pitman arm aligned with the centerlink, so i flipped the centerlink and now the pitman arm and idler arm align, but it seems like the tie rods are to long.

I have 73-87 spindles, 73-87 outers and 67 outers with tie rod conversion sleeves and a 67 centerlink.
Can someone post a picture of the direction the
centerlink is supposed to go?

thanks

Second pic is the drivers side, center link is attached to the tie rod, with nut to front of truck.

Re: centerlink direction

Last pic looking down to the center link, showing the curved part toward front. This is where the pitman arm would attach. Steering box and pitman missing in this pic....Jim
