dang, I LIKE it. Rocker rust only appears to be heavy on the passenger side, rest of the truck looks decent. If ya gotta have it, price is probably ballpark, perhaps a little high for me if I were looking. Then again, it is just the asking price, that's the starting point and they don't go up from there, they go down... I think it's a pretty nice old truck personally. If only I had more room, ha. Panama city tends to get a good bit of salt-air-induced rust, so this thing is pretty nice, considering.
