Need help modifying my 1955 chevy truck caps to fit centerline 20"-22"
Iv got a set of 20" on the front and 22" on the rear centerline smoothie black wheels and I want to put the 1955 chevy 1/2 pick up I have already bought the caps new and the rim clips for a 1955 chevy truck I need help modifying the caps if one of you guys have pic of the inside of the caps the you have already modified so I can get mine done i would appreciate all the help I can get thanks

If some one has a pic or two of the inside of a cap that has been modded so I can get my caps modded thank for trying to help Keith. Try to get my caps on before Ottawa and Springfield at the end of September

If it's the same caps I used you don't modify the caps. You drill and tap the rims to bolt in the clips. Then press the cap onto the clips. Post 10 shows them on my truck and post 24 shows a close up of the rims with the clips installed

Yes jparks same caps but the back comes out a 1/2" so it don't set flush on the wheel del modded the back so they will set flat I was hoping some one my have a pic of how it is done thanks for the helping with the pics I still have not drilled my wheels yet thanks

well in case you don't get the pics you want my caps weren't modified and they fit fine, just giving you another option
