Appears to be in working condition, as the cone doesn't appear to have any holes, but I can't guarantee it works.

Good to know - GM probably had two types of brackets: those with nutserts and others without. The OEM screws are are the big phillips head type like those that secure the heater or AC controls to the dash.

Yes. Just dropped. Took forever. Turns out its an Eagle Blazer, with a pretty neat SPID. Even has a special Chevy decal on the front of the glovebox. Go check out the SPID thread, and there's a post by SS Tim (I treated him to the glovebox door)
