Original '50s logos
I have an '57 Panel Truck that I am planning put my logo and some text on...

I'd look for adds from that time frame or photos from that time frame. Maybe Google local big companies that have been in business for many years such as bread companies or bottling companies. A trip to the local historical society, library or museum might bring up photos of delivery trucks from that period that have the paint work on the sides that was in vogue with sign painters at the time.

Ive been trying to research this a bit before I threw out the question...but only pics of cars, sounds like a good idea to google companys!

Here is one a friend of mine built because his dad had a tile company with the logo on the door... he tried to match it as close as he could... of course the truck is much nicer than the one his dad hauled tile in back in the day..
