Front wheel size help
1965 C10 with stock suspension and disc brake conversion I plan on 3/4 drop I am going to use the grand slam kit from CPP, they are right down the street from me. I would like to put 18x8 boss 338 on the front with maybe 255/50r18 on the front. Rear i will figure out later when we put the bed on.I need to get the suspension on and put it on the ground to do some rocker replacement. The stock rims I took off wont work with disc brakes. I know the disc will push tires out 1 1/8 inch will this work or should i get the kit with original offset. The boss 338 have a 4.5 backspace. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Front wheel size help
You should be fine. I have a 4.5 inch drop in the front with 275/50R17 and a 17X8 inch wheel that has a 4.5 inch backspace and mine fit fine. You might want to want for others to chime in, just because I don't want to be the only one that you rely on for info.

Re: Front wheel size help
I'm doing the same drop 3-4" drop with the cpp big break kit front and back. It's all setting in the garage, just need to clean up the frame before it all gets changed. I'm also going to do the boss 338 or ridler 695 18" and 20" or all 20". I'm going to get all the suspension set and then start measuring to see what will fit. I've seen 20" and 22" too. So I think we should be able to fit just about what we want. But, any info is a great thing as a start with.
