wheel backspace on 66 with full porterbuilt setup
I have a bagged 66 with dropmember front and rear was looking a set of cragar smoothies on 255/70/15 bfg silvertown WW. Just wanted to make sure 15x8 with 4.25 would work ok. Have the standard length PB control arms.

How about some pics of the truck????? Redding huh? I live in Winters I'm like 2 hours from you, I have a 66 short bed with 22's & 24's with 5.5 inch backspacing! Let's see some pics of yours, here's mine as of right now.

It's in pieces right now.... Got it from a guy down below Stockton was a seconded long bed and I'm shortening it up and redoing it all was kinda hacked togeather.

They will work but I had to cut the inner bed panel.... Bed is getting sectioned so wasn't a huge deal but def not a bolt in deal.

Most guys going that low are running a 235 or smaller. Those 255s look great! Did you. Clearance the bed due to tires or do you think it was offset? How's the side panel to face of the wheel vs tire width?
