Well not sure of the value so I am posting here to see WIW.
It looks to be from a 73-91 GMC blazer.
Part # is 1#15569394
Still in package with heavy triple wall cardboard on each side inside the GM box.
I'm planning to sell it in the parts forum so I would appreciate only talking about the value here first.

I don't want to disappoint you,but that's an 88-91(?) pickup applique. Nowhere near worth $500. I don't believe a square body Jimmy applique is worth more than about $300. I'm not sure if these are available still from GM,but you could probably get a value off the part# looking it up on GM Parts Direct*

Ugh! Well I just wanted a smart price to go with and I had no luck there either. I appreciate everyone's assistance and will adjust the price accordingly.

Hey Mike, that's what this area is for...gathering info before listing for sale. Sometimes there's more to it than price. It's better to "learn" about your part here than when it's listed for sale. I checked and the part is discontinued,so it is N.O.S. worth something to someone. In my mind,it's worth more than whatever they were when anyone could waltz into the parts counter and buy one
