i have alot of air coming in through the firewall, it gets annoying and its very cold anybody know how to stop most of it?

Remove the cardboard pad if you have one, weld up the holes and install Dynamat and then an insulated mat or reuse your old mat with some carpet jute attached to the backside. Quiet and comfy.

Newfisher told you how to do it right, but a quick fix is to hit the small holes with a caulking gun, and use a nut, (nylocks work great) bolt, and dual fender washer combo to cover the larger ones. I like a fender washer with the nut on the inside too. (over the oem firewall pad once I poke the bolt thru.) Then just tourqe the nut enough to keep everything secure but not rip the washer thu the pad.

I went a different route. I went to Orchard Supply and bought a bunch of plastic flush plugs in different sizes and used them to fill the holes in my firewall. My firewall has been painted satin black and they don't show up at all. Even I have a hard time locating them when I show people how I plugged the holes in my firewall.

Good ol' Orchard Supply. Our store closed down shortly after the Depot arrived. Too bad, I really liked Orchard. They always had cool stuff like those plugs.

Markeb01 posted in his build where he used JBWeld or something similar to glue coins (yes, quarters, dimes, etc.) to cover small holes. Worked out pretty neat and low cost.
