New member from ontario canada!!!
I'm new to the forum been reading a lot but have some questions so I found it best to make an account, but I know the way forums work an I need to introduce myself first to let people know what I have and who I am...
Well here it is... My name is Jeremy an I'm from ontario canada, I have a DZ license an drive for a living, I recently bought a 86 c/k series chevy silverado with a 350 swapped in place of the 305... Anyway the truck I bought is not what I got according to the ownership I bought an 86 k10 (as you know the k series is supposed to be a 4x4) but the truck I have is a 73-80 frame with the 86 k10 body on it, but the real kicker is that the frame is also only a 2wd (c series).... So what I thought I bought an what I have/don't have is all messed up but my vin on dash matches paperwork but still causes issues with the papers saying k10 not c10.... But so far all is going well on the truck after new harness front to back (what was in it was a mess, I'm surprised it ran) I have a few more electrical issues to find an fix in the cab, and a new floor pan to put in driver side... As soon as I can get an account to photobucket or something I will upload pics |
