Greetings from Northeast Iowa

Hi, I'm Iwegian and I'm a recovering Ford Man...........
I moved to Iowa 21 years ago in a 2wd Ford P/U. Got custody of 2 teenagers from my first marriage and needed a vehicle with room. At that time I couldn't afford a full size Ford SUV, so I was looking at vans. The salesman asked me to trust him(lol) and test drive a '88 Suburban. OMG this thing was exactly what I needed. I'm now on my fourth Suburban and well on the road to recovery. I still own a '94 K1500 and a'01 K1500. I found this site while surfing for a fix for the tow/haul wire. Found a BUNCH of useful information and ideas on this site and thought I'd sign up.
