It's in the Blood!
Sunday my youngest daughter overheard my Nephew offering to sell the 58 Apache I sold him back. I struggled with myself and told him I would let him know. She is trying to buy it now. I am disappointed that he took out the crate 350 and put a 283 in it. It sounds like I may be real busy for a while.

That is a good kind of busy. I enjoy the time with my daughter that we spend together while working on hers.

Re: It's in the Blood!
I'm very excited for her. She's called me twice about it and I told her I hadn't seen it for 5 years so I have No idea what shape it's in. But for what we can buy it for I told her we could get it ready to drive pretty easy.

Cool, I hope that it is still in the shape that she expects it to be in. I'm another who doesn't quite comprehend the thinking behind pulling out a great running 350 to replace it with one of those "cool" 283's but I'll bet that someone sold him a bill of goods and traded the 283 for it.

Re: It's in the Blood!
Daughter called tonight and informed me she is getting pics and write up sent to her. I guess we might be taking a Road Trip to get up close and personal with my old 58. She also asked me "What is that steering stuff you have behind the garage?". I laughed and said it's a Camaro clip, then she wanted to know if it would fit on her truck.

Re: It's in the Blood!
I don't know, she works in a Financial Firm and is on the computer all day so I may have to force her into it. It wouldn't be a good idea if she see's some of these builds because it would be more work and money from my side of it.
