The 63 bumper will. The 60-62 has a different frame, so different mounting location.

Also....the 60-66 used the same rear bumper on stepsides...just different mounts

I confirm the post of 1963c-10.
60-62 are different than 63-66.

Re: 60-63 frt bumpr fit 64-66?

The confusion about the 63 is the transition from X-Frame to Ladder Frame, and the wrap around front window.
60-62 used X-Frame.
63-66 used Ladder Frame.
60-63 used the wrap around window.
64-66 did not.
So 63 is an odd transitional year.

Re: 60-63 frt bumpr fit 64-66?

In reality a 60-62 bumper should also fit just fine on a 63-66. The only difference I'm aware of is the vertical distance between the inboard bumper bolt holes being closer together on the earlier bumpers. If you didn't mind drilling new holes, the rest of the bumpers should be the same. If you installed bumper guards over the inboard mounting holes, the extra holes would be hidden behind the guards.

Good point.
