rear of hood lifting up?

For some reason the rear of my hoos on my 79 has been lifting up and not sitting flush. If I push it back down, it only stays until I drive somewhere. Any ideas?

Your hood hinges are wearing out. See if you can drop them lower on the fender to compensate. Good luck.

first off, get that hoos off your truck, and put a hood in its place. then do what chevysport said.

that is exactly the way my hood sits too. it's like where it lifts up i can push it down but then while driving it comes back up.
