paint color help.
I need some help. When the trucks came off the production line, what color was the transmission and transfercase for a 1972 chevy. thanks for the help. Landon

I think the t-case was a dodge red if I rember right? There was a post on it a while ago.

The transmission was natural and the transfer case was a dark red. Here is a pic, the red on the transfer case is really close to the original color.
