Really want a set of long tubes. Dont think those manifolds are gonna flow enough for my setup.

Re: Will the schoenfeld headers fit 67-72?

They support 400/400 in the stock application. The manifolds on the LS3 Camaros support 425/420 in stock app and can be had for around the same price. If you're going much higher, why cheap out on headers?

As for your original question, I don't know for sure but they probably will if you make the switch to the 73+ motor mounts setup.

It doesnt cost that much to make more than 425hp with these engines. I would literally have 3/4 of what i have in the engine or 1/2 what I paid for the truck. So has nobody actually tried these then?

They fit great! I'll try and grab some pictures... the only concern would be the front primary on the drivers side hitting on the lower control arm pin if your engine is sitting too far forward. other than that there's tons of clearance. Plus they don't hang down like some of the other ones.

I'm using the factory 72 SBC pedestals and mounts in the I6 position. Again the drivers side pedestal will require slight clearancing to clear the front primary, but nothing a little heating up with a torch and hammering wont fix.

Pics would be great. My my adapters are supposed to set the engine in the same spot as original sbc. Is your engine moved back?

I'll grab a couple pics of that this eve. They actually tuck up into the frame pretty nicely, and also cleared the factory tabs on the 4l80e.

Nice fit! If its not too much trouble, can you shoot a pick on the dr side, down in the clutch bell crank area? I would be curios, if they would fit stick/shift, with the oldschool mechanical clutch linkage? Longhorn

Here ya go. Pics dont go a very good job in this case... Longhorn, i doubt you'd clear the z-bar clutch linkage.
If theres anything else you need pictures of just ask
