Does anybody know how thick are those for a 1957 3100 ?

I don't know how thick those are but I made the radiator support pads for both my 48 pickup and my 51 Mercury out of the sidewall of a scrap tire when I put them together. Both were subframed with first generation Camaro subframes though.

I used 1/4" thick dense rubber used for flooring in horse trailers. Locally it is sold by the foot. That seemed to match the old compressed stuff that was there, BUT I have not hung my fenders or hood yet so do not know it I will need to adjust it. I used the same stuff for my cab and bed mounts too.

They are about 3/16 to a 1/4 thick and it should have 2 flat washers that the bolt goes through. The support isn't clamped down tight, its snug but floats on the support pads

That is a real good point that too many guys miss and a lot of us figured out the hard way. When you have two pads sandwiching a piece to hold it down you don't want to tighten the fasteners so tight you completely compress the pads or bushings. Shock bushings on stud type shock mounts are a prime example.

original had a tube spacer on the bolts so that you couldn't over squish the rubber

Ogre, good to know, I missed that but can still add them. I don't recall them being there when I pulled the support and they were not in the parts baggie, but I know one fender had been replaced and the lower valence was bent so maybe they got lost during previous repairs.

the kit I bought for mounting the rad cam with 4 pieces of rubber that was 3/16" thick.

Yes it is! Some how I missed (or forgot by the time I got back to the work bench) that when I looked at the page to get everything in the right order, I even had it tabbed in the book for quick reference.
