Squarebody Fire Trucks on GovDeals

Currently up for auction on GovDeals are two one-ton fire department support trucks.

They look to be in very good shape.

The lime yellow one would make a great camping rig, to bad it is not a crew cab.

Re: Squarebody Fire Trucks on GovDeals

What's sad is that the dashes on these trucks are typically mint due to them being stored inside almost 24/7, except for the holes they drill in them to mount things. We have one at our chemical plant, and the dash is perfect except for the drilled holes.

Re: Squarebody Fire Trucks on GovDeals

My town has one similar to the yellow truck except it has a taller box. It was the yellow but got repainted when it got transferred from the ambulance building (rescue truck) to the fire department. It now holds all there oxygen tanks. I have been waiting for it to sell. I bought the 63 k20 with 19000 miles for $3000 a few years back. It was a pretty cool truck.
