Radio, cigarette lighter, and cab light no longer work. Please help

I was driving down the road today in my 87 and all of the sudden my radio quit working, and later on I realized the cigarette lighter and can light had quit working also. We put a new fuse in the radio slot on the fuse box but still none of them work. What could be the problem here. Would appreciate some help, thanks!

Check the "HORN / DM" fuse. I believe that's the one that powers the cigarette lighter and dome light.

If you have the optional digital stereo, the "HORN / DM" fuse also supplies constant battery power for the clock & radio station presets. And the digital stereos usually won't work without the constant battery power feed. The "RADIO" fuse only protects the switched power feed.

Did you ever figure out your trouble? My cab/cargo light, cigarette lighter, and horn aren't working. I replaced the 20 amp fuse and it blows immediately. Something is shorted or grounded and I was hoping to get a little head start from whatever was causing your problem.

20-30glide, check for chaffed wires. Have you replaced the dome lite bulb lately? Trying to think of a few things first.check door jamb switches also.
Check the wires on back of cigarette lighter also they may be touching.

It was late last night before I took a look at it. Will get on it again this weekend. I did recently replace the dome bulb. I'm going to pull the cab and cargo housings and check the wiring with a volt ohmmeter to see if I see any short or ground.
