Can I install Reese hitch on this? pic included
I had my 72 k10 shortened to a short box. My question is now that I've done that can I still install a Reese hitch? I know factory 4x4 short beds had hitches but this seems like a pretty busy section on my frame. Thanks for any available input.

The best thing you can do is try one to see if it fits, I'd suggest the Curt mfg class 4 hitch, but it may require removing and relocating the rear cross member.
My hitch is in the pic, cant remember the length of the mount flanges off hand but can get it tomorrow if you need it. Got it thru Amazon for a good price. Amazon.com: Curt Manufacturing 14082 Class IV... https://www.curtmfg.com/part/14082#tab=accessories
