Rear Axle?
I'm looking at a 1966 GMC 4WD Suburban and was wondering if anyone could identify this rear axle? ARGH! Can't get the picture to load. It's round with what appears to be no bolts holding the backside pan on. The axle tubes slope large to small towards the outside.

Re: Rear Axle?
Sounds like an Eaton. HO52 or HO72.

Re: Rear Axle?
I can't tell if that's an Eaton. Perhaps an earlier 55T truck axle?
