That is a nice original truck with some older modifications. Too bad the current owner is looking to trade only.
BUT, I can imagine someone with the right $$$ could pursuade them to sell it out-right.

Looks like a CST to me. I bet the seat is in pretty good shape under that ugly seat cover.
