What is a good self-leveling sealer that I can use in the drip rail and between other body panels

Here's a link to a thread from last year where this was hashed out.

Re: seam sealers?
I am sure all you guys know this but I can't help myself, when using the seam sealer keeping your fingers wet wit water or best case lacquer thinner to move the seam sealer along. It makes for the perfect tooling marks that way and you can do with it what you wish as long as you keep your fingers wet. Well don't complain you get what you pay for. Jim

Re: seam sealers?
Has anyone painted a truck without sealing the drip rail? Seems like several coats of paint and clear would make it water tight? I like the look of it now that I have all the old gunk cleared out.

Re: seam sealers?
I used two different 3M products. Turned out great
For the top (self-leveling 08307) For down the sides (heavy bodied 08308) and all other areas we sealed. More pictures can be seen in my build thread (link in sig) starting around page 20 or so.

Re: seam sealers?
Joel. e be sure and wear a raincoat while driving your truck if they are predicting rain and don't seal the doors real good as the water will need to get out. GM was not into doing a lot of things to these trucks that was not needed..
