PCM different 4wd vs 2wd?

I found a low mileage LM7 out of a 4wd truck. Can I use the PCM in my 2wd? Tried searching this forum but couldn't find this info.

Absolutely. I used a 2000 LM7 4WD PCM for the LS swap in my C10.
