August 2014 ToTM
For our August Truck of the Month (TOTM) contest the theme is:
CrewZn Here is the criteria for this month’s contest.
You or someone else may nominate the vehicle. The nominee must be a board member and the current owner of the truck. Once you decide on who you wish to nominate, just add your nomination to this thread. We will need two pictures minimum (at least one full view of the vehicle) with/for the nomination as well as the owner’s board name, and the Make/Model/Year of vehicle. Nominees will run through July 24. The first 15 nominees that meet the criteria will participate in the contest. I will PM the nominees to get any additional data or pictures if they have not already been provided. If the owner has a preferred picture they want used in the contest, please let me know in a PM. You can PM me for an e-mail address in case anyone has problems resizing the pictures for the board. A Poll Thread will be set up by July 25 in this board area and an announcement will be posted on the Discussion Boards to notify all that voting has begun. The Poll will run thru the morning of August 1 and the official announcement of the winner will be on the evening of August 1. The announcement of the TOTM winner will be posted through the General Discussion Board area.

Re: August 2014 ToTM
Do "extended cabs" count? My '06 has a back seat but has the rear doors that open backwards.
If not... no biggee. My entry can be deleted. If so... I would like to nominate my truck and will include a few more pics. Gary

Re: August 2014 ToTM
It doesn't specify if the member must be a supporting member. If so, delete my nomination, but I HAVE to nominate DREWSKIREN with his awesome 1972 Chevrolet, aka "Young Frankenstein", crew cab conversion with 4-wheel steering & gobs of other very custom mods. AND he uses it as a truck!

Re: August 2014 ToTM
I will throw my daily driver into the mix. 2008 GMC Sierra Denali I bought new in June 2008. Currently has 41,000 miles. AWD and 6.2L with a Wester's tune. Summit white/Ebony interior. Pics in order are: the day I got it, the day I paid it off, posing with older and uglier brother, hauling the race car, and hauling a few bales of hay the day after running at the track as a fill in for the broken race car.
