seat foam
Has anyone ever shaped their own seat out of foam. I am looking for tips and pointers that will help me shape high density foam for my lower bench seat cushion.

Re: seat foam
Electric Turkey slicer for the big cuts, and an angle grinder with a medium flap disc for the finer shaping. Check out my build starting at post #105 for more info. Other guys build threads have some more info on it too.

Re: seat foam
Thanks guys. I am also planning on making my own vinyl seat cover because one of my relatives has an industrial sewing machine.
