Hickey Swing Away tire Carrier
Can anyone tell me how the rim is secured to the swing away part of the carrier?

Re: Hickey Swing Away tire Carrier
I've never seen a Hickey, but I have a valley swing away. I can't imagine that the different brands are too different. The wheel rests on a bar and there is one lug bolt that hold the wheel tight to the swing away frame.
