LS Motor Mount Conversion

What are you guys using for motor mount solutions and for relocating the transmission cross member? I came across this, but it seems pretty pricy: http://www.brphotrods.com/products/6...uck/index.html

Also what issues are you encountering with the oil pan? I've read that this LQ4 oil pan will be too large and hit the crossmember.

Re: LS Motor Mount Conversion

definitely do the hotrod oil pan( summit is your best option)

I used POL Perches but you could also use 73-87 clam shells, also look at the dirty dingo mounting plates, they allow a couple inches of movement to get things right where you want them.

The guys are right, read through those posts and you will get lots of info!
