fuel injection on a 327
I was thinking about doing a LS2 swap for my 327 until i saw a show on tv that rescues stalled projects and finishes peoples car in a week. In this show, Bruno took a 69 camaro with a 327 and put on a nice set of alum heads, a new intake manifold and put fuel injection on it.
anyone else done this? Seems a lot easier and less expensive than doing the LS swap to me. This is what i got now... |

Re: fuel injection on a 327
After putting a LS motor in my S10 I'm not going to mess with the old motors again. I pull almost 26 mpgs at highway speeds and have all the power I want. I realize I can get more but in my truck it would be like throwing gas on a fire. My wife is slowly coming around and we may put a LS in her 64. She's been driving my truck more and loving the instant throttle response. I feel I can put a 5.3 in the 64 for under $3000.00
