Steering linkage Firebird 2gen and 3gen are the same ???

Hy all

according to my ls1 swap i do have the common clearance issue of the alternator..as u know

So here in Germany its not that easy to get a firebird or transam linkage....at the moment i have an offer for a 3gen firebird linkage..

On the pics it looks like the same than a 2gen linkage...before i spend the money i need to know if the linkage of the 2 and 3 gen are the same ?
